- In bowl 4 put the mixture in the blender,add the sieved flour little by little as you whisk well till you get a paste that is not toooo thick and not thin.
- In the oven put some water as you preheat for 3min this helps the oven to have moisture during baking.
- The final step put the paste in the cup cakes tray 1/2full or 3/4 full depending on the size of the tray.
- Bake at 175°c for 40min.as baking continues open all the windows the sweet aroma will invite tomorrow's customer-cake orders.
- Once the time has elapsed,switch off the oven and let the cake cool inside the oven.
- Serve with your favourite beverage.
