Steps to make Falooda:
  1. Boil milk and add sugar.In another cup,take little milk and mix Custard powder.Mix well and add into the boiled milk.
  2. Custard should not be thick rather light but not too light like water.
  3. Boil vermicelli
  4. Take a bowl.Add water and basil seeds for atleast 1hr.
  5. Take a long glass and apply rooh afza on it's sides.
  6. Now put basil seeds on the bottom of the glass and then add Vermicelli.
  7. Slowly pour custard mixture on it.Add fruits and then dryfruits to it.
  8. Keep it in fridge.
  9. While serving,put 2 scoops of ice-cream on it.
  10. Garnish with rooh afza and dry fruits.
