Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, mash the bananas. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.   4. On a separate plate take a saviette and place them on the plate and let them drain off excess oil.
  5. Enjoy your banana fritters with ice cream on a side plate.
