Instructions to make Banana Fritters Filos:
  1. Take a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until no lumps remain. Add the egg and mix well.

Really quick and easy to make dessert. When the ghee has heated ladle in the batter (like mini pancakes) Flip when the edges start to brown.
