Mix all the ingredients given for batter to a smooth paste. it should n't be too thick or thin. - In a frying pan, pour oil and wait until the oil is hot. Once oil is hot, dip the banana slices in bater and drop it gently into pan. Keep changing side until both sides is cooked and comes to a golden brown colour ! Serve it hot
- For coconut chutney add all ingredients under chutney in a mixie grinder and grind well with little water ! Chutney is ready. Serve it as dip for Bajji !
