  1. Make ready 2 bananas peel and mashed
  2. Prepare 1 cup maid a or all purpose flour or wheat flour
  3. Prepare 1 egg
  4. Take sugar as per sweetness
  5. Get milk to make the batter
  6. Get 1/2 tsp baking powder
  7. Take 1/2 tsp baking soda
  8. Prepare vanilla essence a few drop
  9. Take 1 pinch salt
  10. Prepare oil for deep frying

Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, mash the bananas. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Once oil is hot, drop banana fritter batter in oil by the spoonful. Once one side is golden and bubbles appear on the top, flip fritter and cook until the other side is browned as well.

Instructions to make Banana fritters:
  1. In a bowl mash bananas along with sugar
  2. Beat in the egg, then add the flour along with baking soda and baking powder.(Don't forget the sieve the flour before mixing).
  3. Next add vanilla essence and a pinch of salt and mix well by adding milk little by little.
  4. Make the batter not too thick not too thin
  5. Once the batter is ready deep fry by spooning in the batter forming round balls.
  6. Deep fry till golden brown. Drain excess oil on a tissue.
  7. And ur banana fritters are ready to eat

In a mixing bowl, use a fork to smash the bananas. Add in pancake mix, cinnamon and milk. These are a lovely crispy treat, serve warm as they are or with some syrup drizzled over or a blob of ice cream! A great way to use up spare or leftover bananas too! Really quick and easy to make dessert.
