  1. Make thick round slices of banana,take besan,rice flour in a bowl. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt,garam masala, cardamom powder,mix well.Add lukewarm water to make batter for fritters.Rest it for 15 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil on slow flame,mix the banana slices in batter.
  3. Now drop fritters in hot oil,when it come on top,turned it,slow the flame,now deep fry neatly from both the sides as usual.
  4. Now take it out on tissue paper to absorb extra oil. Serve hot.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Once oil is hot, drop banana fritter batter in oil by the spoonful. Once one side is golden and bubbles appear on the top, flip fritter and cook until the other side is browned as well. In a mixing bowl, use a fork to smash the bananas.
